1. Return of products of inadequate quality
Ready meals and frozen semi-prepared foods that arrive with temperature violations, signs of spoilage, or manufacturing defects may be returned within 24 hours of delivery. To request a return, the customer must:
- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue;
- Contact us by phone or email;
- Return the product in the condition it was received (preferably still frozen, if applicable).

2. Refunds
If the defect or storage issue is confirmed on our side, the customer may choose:
- A full refund for the affected item;
- Or a free replacement in the next order.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
3. Products of proper quality
Food products that are in good condition and show no signs of spoilage or damage cannot be returned or exchanged, unless individually agreed otherwise.
